EyeBill Postpaid Clients is a billing solution that keeps track of customers VoIP calls and charges them according to predefined criteria. For the limited credit customers, the system automatically disconnects the clients when they reach that predefined amount. Upon a call by an unlimited credit client, the billing system simply observes the destination groups of the client, the special discounts, day masks etc. and disregards the amounted payment due unless there is an unpaid invoice. If the client has a bad credit history and the deadline for due payment has been violated, the system does not authorize the call.

Each postpaid client is assigned an agent and the system calculates the agents commissions automatically. An agent acts as a system user with individual rights, which depend on the company-specific policies.
