Linux OS and Software Administrator (Ref. EBSA-0508).
|
|
You will be responsible for:
- General administration of the servers and network in local company office
- Installation and troubleshooting of server applications
- Performing system backup and restore operations
- Supporting the clients' OS and Application installations
- Minimize downtime for clients’ services on hardware or software malfunction
Our requirements are:
- University Degree in Information Technologies or other related majors
- 3+ years of experience in Linux Operating Systems
- Working level of written and spoken English
- Understanding of TCP/IP and Networking - switches, routers, network topology
- Familiarity with server applications: email, web, vpn, database etc.
- Understanding and ability to maintain of network security
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-functional team
The following skills will be an advantage:
- Experience in SQL RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL or similar)
- Experience in Telecom Software
- Experience with Source Control Systems
- Experience in Java
- Experience in RADIUS, SNMP, DNS and Voice protocols - H323, SIP, MGCP
- MCSA, CCNA certificates

Billing Technical Support Specialist (Ref. EBSS-0408).

You will be responsible for:
- Consulting the customers and solving various customers' problems and technical issues
- Making decisions and taking actions which ensure the prompt recovery of the workability of the software on hardware malfunction or operator’s error
- Generalizing the customers' requests and periodically suggesting new software functionalities as well as disadvantage removal
Our requirements are:
- University Degree in Information Technologies or other related majors
- Experience in SQL RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL or similar)
- Knowledge of Windows and networking setup (Windows 2000/2003)
- Experience in TCP/IP protocol suite
- A working level of written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-functional team
The following skills will be an advantage:
- Experience in Java
- Experience in RADIUS, SNMP, DNS and Voice protocols - H323, SIP, MGCP
- Experience in Apache Tomcat Servlet Container
- UNIX servers (Solaris/Linux) administration
- MCSA, CCNA certificates
